Abstract Submission Guidelines – 9th AOSCE

A.     Registration and Abstract Submission

· Kindly register yourself to the website (https://9th-aosce.com/user/signup)

· After successfully registered, please make submission  through our designated e-Paper submission system
  through https://9th-aosce.com/paper/submission. Fill in all required fields (marked with an asterisk *)

· Before submitting your abstract, we request that you ensure it meets the following criteria:

1. Please adhere to the official Author Guidelines (link) for structure, format, and referencing (link)

2. The file size should not exceed 20 MB.

3. Acceptable formats include DOC, DOCX, or PDF only.

· Once you have submitted your abstract, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, we 
  encourage you to contact the secretariat at aosce.fkh@ugm.ac.id for assistance.

B.     Step 2: Peer Review Process

· All abstracts will undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure fairness and objectivity.

· Authors will be notified via email regarding the outcome, which may include acceptance, minor revision,
  major revision, or rejection. Should revisions be necessary, detailed feedback will be provided, and we
  kindly ask authors to address all comments in their revised submissions.

· A final acceptance decision will follow the reassessment of the revised abstract.

C.     Final Acceptance and Registration Confirmation

· Once your abstract has been officially accepted, the corresponding author will receive a formal Letter of
  Acceptance (LoA) via email.

· Please remember that authors should complete their registration and payment only after receiving the
  abstract notification.

· Payment method information will be provided via email In the case of multiple authors, please note that
  only one author (the presenter) registered will be included in the conference program.

·  Authors who are not presenting (non-presenters) should register separately as participants. For more
