Who Are The Participant ?

9th AOSCE 2026

     Participants are individuals who attend the conference without presenting any scientific work. This includes those who do not submit an abstract, as well as co-authors who do not serve as presenters but wish to attend and participate in the conference activities. Participants are welcome to join all scientific sessions, discussions, and other conference programs.

Registration Guidelines for Participants

9th AOSCE 2026

All individuals who wish to attend the 9th Asian-Oceanian Society of Comparative Endocrinology (AOSCE) Conference 2026 as participants (non-presenters) are kindly requested to follow the registration procedure below.

Registration Procedure

1. Online Registration
    Participants are required to complete the registration form via the following link:
    http://ugm.id/AOSCEParticipantRegistration
    Prior to completing the form, please ensure that you have the following documents ready:
    - Student ID Card (applicable for student category only)
    - Proof of Payment (bank transfer confirmation)

2. Form Submission
    Fill in all required information accurately and upload the necessary documents before
    submitting the form.

3. Verification and Confirmation 
    Upon submission, the Secretariat will review your registration and contact you via email
    regarding confirmation and issuance of the payment receipt.
