To ensure a smooth journey from the airport to the venue, we recommend the following transportation methods

Airport Trains
The most convenient airport is Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA). From there, participants may take the airport train to Tugu Station (Yogyakarta) and continue via local transportation. Shuttle options from the station to the venue (UC Hotel UGM) will be arranged on specific dates.
Taxi Services
	Local taxi services provide reliable and convenient transportation directly from YIA to the hotel venue. These services are widely used in Indonesia and can be booked easily in the airport. Taxi rate approximately IDR 300.000 to 400.000.
DAMRI Airport Bus
Alternatively, you may take the DAMRI bus from YIA. This bus service stops at UGM Boulevard, which is approximately 300 meters from the UC UGM hotel. It is an affordable and comfortable option for travelers with light luggage.

Ride-Hailing Services

For a flexible and affordable transport option, participants can use online motorcycle or car ride services such as Gojek, Grab, OR Maxim. These apps are widely available and easy to use in Yogyakarta. Simply download the app, set your pickup point to Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA), and set your destination to your hotel or to the venue at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Universitas Gadjah Mada. You can also visit the help booth at the airport, where staff will assist you in using the apps and booking your ride.

In addition, you may find MaxRide, a modern version of the traditional bajaj, which can accommodate up to three passengers — offering a fun and uniquely local way to explore the city.
