B. Poster Presentation Guidelines
Please submit your Poster Abstract according to the Abstract Template Guidelines provided in the flyer above (see abstract template guidelines) then upload it via website during registration. Authors are allowed to submit more than one abstract.
- A poster presenting Original Research is prefereable.
- The research presented must adhere to ethical guidelines.
- All content should be written in English.
- The poster size must be A0, and while you may choose the font type and size, it
should be clear and easy to read.

- The poster must be in portrait layout.
You can arrange the content layout as you prefer, however the layout mustinclude the following sections:
a) Title
b) Authors’ Name and Affiliations
c) Introduction
d) Materials and Methods (ethical clearance information can be included in this section)
e) Results and Discussions
f) Conclusion
g) References (APA style, 6th Edition)
h) Acknowledgement (here you could also mentioned: “Presented at the 9thAsia and Oceana Society for Comparative Endocrinology (9th AOSCE 2026)”
Ensure that the poster is printed at a high resolution (minimum of 300 dpi) on art paper or a material of your choice.
The printed poster must be submitted as a hard copy at the registration table on Day 1 of the conference.
