Praise and gratitude to Allah SWT for His blessings and mercy. We, the entire committee, have been entrusted to organize the 9th Congress and Symposium Asia and Oceania Society for Comparative Endocrinology (AOSCE) Symposium in Indonesia. The event will be held from July 5th to 9th, 2020, at the IPB International Convention Center (IICC) in Bogor.

The 9th AOSCE Congress and Symposium will be attended by participants from 14 AOSCE member countries, including academics, researchers, undergraduate students, graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, practitioners, and other scientific communities. The theme of this event is "Comparative Science- Based Research to Support Applications and Education in the Era of Industry 4.0". This activity is expected to be a platform for sharing information and experiences in the fields of research and education. Additionally, through this event, we hope to disseminate the latest findings related to the broad aspects of body regulation, both internally and externally, in connection with the environment. Especially in facing the era of the 4.0 industrial revolution, where the combination of research and education involving living beings, technology, and the environment becomes a focal point in addressing global challenges.

Considering the many benefits that can be obtained from the 9th AOSCE Congress and Symposium 2020, we hope for the support of various parties to contribute to the success of this event. We express our sincere gratitude to all parties who have contributed to the realization of this event. Finally, may this event bring positive impacts and wide-ranging benefits for the advancement of research and education in Indonesia in particular, and for the international community in general.
